Midterm Reviews
Ribbet (Ian)
Bonus levels definitely add something extra to the game as far as stimulating playing time. Innate rewards increase playtime for the target audience.
Simplistic game design is good for the older target consumers, but it may be a little too simple and players could lose that initial interest.
Familiar gameplay(checkers) style can sway other audiences who like those kind of games to...

Real life advertising experience.
A few weeks ago i was hanging out with my friend Mike Beach, a marist Digital Media graduate. He works for Grey, a huge global advertising company. We sat there for a few hours running through pitches for him to use for the new Captain Morgan campaign. Captain Morgan was changing their whole advertising slogan from “got a little Captain in you?” to the idea of “Legendary...
Gene Simmons and Army Propaganda??

Dr. House is the most cynical, nasty, rude, and bitter person on the show. He is mean to all of his patients but he does his job like no other. Being the lead doctor in the hospital many people look up to him, but only in a sense of work ethic and not his...

I have began to realize more and more that these things are around us. It seems as if people don’t really even want to know about these things or they don’t care. I’m sure if they actually found that they DO...
Documentary
Watching this film makes it evident that media target’s people’s weaknesses. All of these sexually based commercials and advertisements let us know this. Wether we realize it or not, when we see these advertisements and we succumb to them, we are giving in to our instinctual, animalistic ways. When a girl is in front of us smoking a cigarette, and telling us to do so, Freud...
